Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit maledressshoes.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label.
Shipping & Processing
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
